Our office can be found at Selby Street, Hull, East Yorkshire, open throughout the week.
But you can access counselling from anywhere in the world via our online platforms, Teams, Zoom, WhatsApp and FaceTime.
We offer
In-Person:
Monday-Friday 9am - 7pm
Online session:
Monday-Saturday 8am - 8pm
The first step in seeking help is to give us a call/email or drop in to our centre in Hull. You'll be greeted by a friendly face that will make you feel welcome.
An initial assessment will be booked to see a therapist/counsellor who will go through some details and the reason why you feel you need help; then an appointment will be scheduled at your convenience.

Payments
Payments can be made via PayPal using any debit/credit card.
You can pay your therapist on the day at your appointment time either Card/Cash.
